Join us in honoring loved ones lost to suicide and raising awareness for suicide prevention at our fourth annual event in 2026. This charitable event offers opportunities to participate in a 5km run, 10km run, or a 3km walk. It’s a chance to support those facing mental health challenges and provide a safe space to remind them that their community is here for them. Over the past two years, we’ve raised over $100,000 to support mental health and suicide prevention locally. Leading up to the in-person event, we’ll be offering online workshops and training to educate people on suicide prevention and provide information on available resources and support. All funds raised will benefit the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Children’s Centre Thunder Bay, which provide mental health support to local youth and adults.
