Day of Caring will be a chance for neighbours, volunteers, and community partners to come together for a day of hands-on giving and connection. It’s about showing up, pitching in, and making a real difference right here in Thunder Bay. Participants will be invited to roll up their sleeves, share their time and talents, and support local agencies through meaningful projects that help people in our community.

Throughout the day, volunteers will work side by side with community organizations on tasks like cleaning, organizing, painting, and outdoor upkeep—small actions that make a big impact. More than just getting the work done, Day of Caring will be about building relationships, working as a team, and feeling connected to something bigger than ourselves.
By the end of the day, participants will head home with new connections, a sense of pride, and the rewarding feeling that comes from knowing they helped strengthen and support their community.
