Next Thursday November 20 we'll be at Entershine Bookshop for an exclusive tasting, pairing, and book signing for the Seasons of Thunder Bay Cookbooks by Chef Rachel.
Learn to make holiday hors-d'œuvres with Chef Rachel, try recipes from both volumes of the Seasons of Thunder Bay Cookbooks including mushroom tarts, rum balls, and chocolate Guinness cupcakes, and enjoy a wine pairing 101 information session with sommelier Jeannie Dubois at this exclusive book signing at Entershine Book Shop!
Your ticket includes a demonstration by Chef Rachel to help get you inspired for your upcoming holiday parties, a sample of three different dishes from both volumes of the Seasons of Thunder Bay Cookbooks, and a holiday-themed refreshment. Children under 12 attend free.
